This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all users who access and use the NovaLab AI platform and related services. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, they form the complete agreement between you and NovaLab AI. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all provisions of this Policy.
Our services are designed to provide AI-powered product development tools for product managers, designers, entrepreneurs, and teams. You should use the Platform in a reasonable and good-faith manner. Each subscription plan includes specific usage quotas (e.g., monthly generation limits, storage space). Usage exceeding quotas may result in service degradation or require upgrading to a higher-tier plan. We reserve the right to review abnormal usage patterns.
All input content you submit when using the Platform (including product descriptions, requirement documents, images, etc.) must comply with the following standards: (a) must not contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content; (b) must not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights; (c) must not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (d) must not contain false or misleading information intended to deceive others; (e) must not involve sensitive content from regulated industries (such as medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial investment advice, etc.) unless used solely for product planning reference.
When using the Platform, you must not engage in the following activities:
If you access our services via API, you must also comply with the following guidelines: (a) adhere to API rate limits and call quotas; (b) clearly indicate in your application that content is AI-generated; (c) do not transfer or sell API access to third parties; (d) ensure your application complies with all applicable laws and regulations. API keys are confidential information, and you are responsible for their safekeeping.
Data you create and store on the Platform (including PRD documents, prototypes, analysis reports, etc.) is subject to the following rules: (a) Free account data is retained for 90 days, after which it may be automatically purged; (b) Paid account data is retained throughout the active subscription period; (c) After account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted; (d) We use anonymized usage data to improve service quality but will not sell your personal data to third parties.
While you own the content generated through the Platform, please note the following when using AI outputs: (a) AI-generated content may contain inaccurate or incomplete information, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before use; (b) AI-generated competitive analysis and market data are for reference only and should not be the sole basis for decision-making; (c) AI-generated prototypes and design suggestions should be reviewed and refined by professional designers; (d) You should not use AI-generated content for any critical decisions that could result in personal injury or property damage.
For team or enterprise users: (a) Account administrators are responsible for ensuring all team members comply with this Policy; (b) Each team member should use individual account credentials; (c) Team plan usage quotas are shared among all members; (d) Administrators have the right to manage team members' access permissions and roles. Members who leave the team should have their access promptly revoked.
If we discover or reasonably suspect that you have violated this Policy, we may take the following actions: (a) issue a warning notice; (b) temporarily restrict or suspend your account access; (c) permanently terminate your account; (d) remove offending content; (e) report to relevant law enforcement authorities. For serious violations, we may take immediate action without prior notice. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable in cases of termination due to policy violations.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest policy content.
