NovaLab AI ("we", "us", or "the Platform") is an AI-powered platform for generating Product Requirements Documents (PRD), prototypes, competitive analysis, and user research. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Certain features of the Platform require account creation. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete registration information; (b) maintain the security of your account and be responsible for all account activity; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Platform provides the following AI-powered services: PRD document generation, prototype generation, DEMO generation, competitive analysis, user research analysis, feature evaluation, and user journey analysis. Different subscription plans have different usage limits. Free users have limited monthly generation quotas, while paid users enjoy higher usage allowances. Please refer to our Pricing page for specific limits.
We offer three subscription plans: Free, Pro, and Plus. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Subscriptions paid via Credit Card or PayPal will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Subscriptions paid via Alipay or WeChat Pay are one-time payments valid for one month or one year, requiring manual renewal upon expiration.
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please send refund requests to [email protected]. Refund requests beyond 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Free plans do not require refunds.

Content generated through the Platform (including PRD documents, prototypes, analysis reports, etc.) belongs to you. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized usage data to improve our services. The Platform's software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to NovaLab AI.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Users should independently verify and evaluate AI-generated content before use. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of AI-generated content.
You agree not to: (a) use the services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (c) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the services; (d) resell or redistribute our services; (e) upload materials containing malware or harmful content; (f) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users in advance. You may cancel your subscription and stop using the services at any time. After cancellation, your data will be retained for a reasonable period before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaLab AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
